Understand the uniform requirements
Ask for the approved styles, fabric, colours and branding. Confirm the garments needed, size range, quantity per size and whether the school has an existing sample or written specification. Sportswear and everyday uniforms may have different requirements.
Check the production details
Share the complete specification with the factory. Agree on a sample or clear reference before bulk production, then confirm how fabric, sizing, stitching and branding will be checked. Do not assume a verbal description is enough.
Price and schedule the order carefully
Account for materials, sewing, branding, transport, corrections and your own costs. Confirm when the school needs the garments and allow time for production checks and delivery. The quantity alone does not tell you whether the order will be profitable.
Keep the agreement clear
Put the approved items, quantities, sizes, price, payment terms and delivery date in writing. Keep the school informed when a decision or approval is needed so production is not delayed.
